With the hyper-convenience of modern life, many of us can only operate a microwave. Enjoying a home-cooked meal is not a luxury… it’s in your grasp!

Hello, my name is Chef Bachi. I have a passion for food, especially plants. This passion spans my entire 20 year career as a chef and into long standing family traditions. My great aunt was a natural/medicinal healer and passed on her knowledge of the many benefits that our friends in the natural kingdom bestow upon us. In my every day life, I incorporate this knowledge with enthusiasm and curiosity, most notably in my job as a chef. Plant ingredients move me and inspire me to create dishes with the freshest ingredients that are incredibly tasty and benefit both my clients palates and my clients bodies.

Formerly I was trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York. I started off in Baking and Pastry Arts, plating desserts under the tutelage of the most talented chefs in the country. From there I owned an organic vegan and gluten free wholesale bakery. My interests grew from baking to culinary arts as I explored career avenues in the kitchen. Shortly after my career began, I made the decision to make Culinary Arts my main focus. I have worked as a private chef for the last 15 years.
